Petition: Hull and Mooroolbark Road underpass
The intersection of Hull and Mooroolbark Roads, with the single-lane underpass, is a cause of major traffic congestion. As one of the main routes connecting our local suburbs, residents are spending too long sitting in traffic and taking dangerous risks at this intersection. It's time it was upgraded to allow two lanes of traffic to flow under the bridge.
