$150 MILLION PULLED FROM OUR ROADS

In 2019, the Federal Government committed to a $150 million plan to seal hundreds of kilometres of local roads across the Yarra Ranges.

This vital “Roads for Community” initiative was delivering results – on time and on budget.

But in December 2022, the Albanese Labor Government slashed over $100 million in funding, abandoning 450 local roads that were promised to be sealed.

This isn’t good enough.
